    All professionally installed buildings are covered by our 12 Month Reassurance Promise, giving you peace of mind during the important first year of ownership.

    As timber is a natural material, your log cabin will naturally adjust to seasonal changes in temperature and moisture levels. During this settling period, minor adjustments may occasionally be required to ensure doors, windows and other components continue to operate as intended.

    Should any settling-related issues arise within the first 12 months following installation, our team will return to inspect the building and carry out any necessary adjustments as part of our aftercare service.
