Our garden buildings are made to order and installed by our own team. If something isn’t right, we want to put it right.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your building on installation and report any damage or faults to us as soon as possible so we can arrange a repair or replacement of the affected parts.

Cancellations

As our buildings are bespoke and made to order, cancellations may not be possible once production has begun. Please contact us at the earliest opportunity if your circumstances change.

Reassurance Promise

We stand behind the quality of our buildings and our installation. If you have any concerns after your installation, get in touch and we’ll do our best to resolve them.
